Sisterhood’s Goals
The Sisterhood’s goal is to make Judaism meaningful,
dynamic, and vital for every member and her family.
We:

Provide Jewish education
opportunities

Support the Synagogue
-
Enhance out Shabbat Services with Oneg and Kiddush
-
Share
and develop our leadership skills
-
Promote Jewish social contact and friendship through
programs that are religious, educational, cultural,
social, and recreational

Involve Jewish women concerned about community,
national and world affairs, health, and women’s
issues.
Torah Fund
For over half a century, Women’s League’s faithful
commitment to the path of Torah, Jewish life and
learning has been an ongoing source of strength for the
seminary. The Jewish Theological Seminary is sustained
through Torah Fund donations worldwide. Our Sisterhood
members proudly wear their Torah Fund pins signifying a
donation made to Torah Fund. A donation of $180.00
enables a member to become a benefactor.
